Inception
Mindscapes, a holistic wellbeing initiative of VNAND – The Learning Academy started in 2018 in loving memory of the founders’ parents Veena and Nand Lal Bhargava, is a tribute to their enduring influence on her life. Their philosophy – ADAPT – ADHERE – ADVANCE has laid the foundation for prioritizing individual well-being – “the wise ADAPT themselves to circumstances, as water moulds itself to the pitcher.”
To ADHERE means staying true to one’s values and inner strength through life’s challenges. At Mindscapes, we foster this resilience by providing a supportive space for individuals to explore their struggles. To ADVANCE is to move forward with purpose and growth. We guide teenagers, youth, and adults in transforming their lives, creating pathways for healing, and achieving personal fulfillment. Through compassionate listening and proven counseling techniques, we help our clients create meaningful milestones on their journey to growth and revitalization.
Modality
In our counseling sessions, we integrate principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (RET) to offer a holistic approach to mental health and personal growth. CBT helps clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns, guiding them towards healthier, more adaptive ways of thinking and behaving. We believe that true healing occurs when individuals feel empowered to connect with their authentic selves.
