Programs for Individuals

Poonam Bhargava - the Importance of Therapy

Come - lets talk

We are born perfect, whole, and complete but we become imperfect, fragmented, and incomplete when we allow others to influence us. The desire to reclaim the traits we were born with, will align you magically once again with your older version. The need based individual centric program will make you dig deeper into knowing your core and identifying your unhelpful mechanisms around sabotaging your own self worth. VNAND offers both online and offline psychological counselling sessions for teenagers, home makers, professionals, and young adults.

Counseling Concerns - Let us unpack together

Understanding Ourselves
to understand others

Discussing our traits, our quirks, and our personalities with the counselor can offer us valuable insights into the ways we experience the world, understand ourselves, and relate to others. By exploring these traits and connecting them to our personal history, we can better identify and understand our personality, bridge the gap between our inner child and our adult self, and tap into our oft  ignored  sub-conscious. Integrating these insights allows us to heal past wounds and create a cohesive sense of self, one that finds  resonance with others in varying situations.

If you are struggling with self sabotage, marital conflicts, parental dilemmas, and any deep and long standing relationship issue, you can book a session with us.

Discarding Unhelpful
Thinking Patterns

Our unhelpful thinking patterns often shape the mental narrative that contributes to our emotional distress. By examining these internal stories and identifying their causes, we can uncover the roots of not only our stress and anxiety but also our fixed mindsets and mental roadblocks. Understanding the different types of coping mechanisms we use and comparing them to how others cope can provide new perspectives on how we handle challenges. With the individual centric exercises, we recognize our responses to stress, discard negative thought patterns, and build healthier, more resilient relationships with ourselves, money, life, and others.

If you are willing to let go of past hurts, forgive yourself and others, and drop vengeance and jealousy, you can book a session with us.

Healthy Boundaries -
healthier you!

We often fail at setting boundaries even though we know it is essential for emotional well-being and healthy relationships. The consequence of upsetting someone, the guilt to prioritize self, and the fear of unintentionally pushing others away  lets us blur our limits. And what we receive is consistent discontentment, nagging, unresolved conflicts, unwinnable arguments, and association with unsafe people. So it’s important to distinguish between safe and unsafe people in your life and understand how different boundaries apply in each context.

If  you  are stressed out because of  space  violations, feel ‘taken for granted’, and are unable to define your boundary, then you must embark on setting boundaries with  self first.
